· Make sure all of your scouts read the merit badge pamphlet for the badges they are signed up for.

Each troop should have current medical forms with their tour permits.  Also please make a list of anybody with special needs and seal in an envelope then write your troop number and council name on it.  Turn this in at registration.  This will only be opened if someone from your troop comes to the first aid station.  This way the health officer has the information and can take the proper actions  before a scoutmaster arrives.
